        📸 How to Take Before & After Photos

        IMPORTANT: If you do NOT want your photo transformation posted, make sure to mark “not repostable” when you submit in the app. 🗓️ Due Dates: • Before pictures due by July 5th • After pictures due by August 6th 1️⃣ Recommended Attire: It’s MOST helpful if you are showing as much skin as you’re comfortable with, without being naked Examples: 👙 2-piece bathing suit 🩲 Bra & underwear 🏋🏼 Sports bra + shorts 2️⃣ Match Your Setup: Do your best to take your before & after photos in the same outfit, lighting, body position, and location. 3️⃣ Submit Up to 4 Full Body Photos: Make sure your full body is visible in these angles: • Front View: Holding a sign that says “HMS 25 week 1” with your other arm at your side. • Side View: Arm furthest from the camera holding the sign; arm closest to the camera held straight out. • Back View: Arms held in whatever position you want (you don't have to hold a sign) 4️⃣ Please — no selfies.

            Jessica and Amanda's sole mission is to educate and inspire women to be the healthiest version of themselves. Jessica has a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Health Sciences, has qualified for the CrossFit Games several times, has coached thousands in their nutrition and is also a wife, mom, and business owner. Amanda has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, was a consecutive 6x individual CrossFit Games Athlete, and is now the owner of the Move Better Method--a group coaching program helping people move through their workouts pain free. Through all their experiences, they have created a remarkable resume and a very well rounded and professional knowledge base in the world of health, strength, fitness, and busy motherhood. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
            Do I need to purchase equipment?
            You just need dumbbells! The workouts canoe done in a fully outfitted gym or at home--we write DB alternatives for anyone working out with minimal equipment!
            Do I need to sign up if I'm already on the app?
            If you want to be eligible for prizes, YES! It's not extra cost to the app!
            How much does the challenge cost?
