How do I use these videos?
How ever you see fit! You'll have access to a lying down video, seated, and standing video, with more to come. But you can utilize the lying down video 2-3 times per week until you feel ready to add in the seated or standing video.
These are extremely gentle and are intended to help you start reconnecting to your body in prep for MomCORE.
