The Just Hatched Series is specifically for very early postpartum mamas, immediately post delivery 0-6/8 weeks post delivery. Designed to be extremely beneficial for BOTH c-section & vaginal delivery moms. I recommend this series for moms that do not feel comfortable yet with a formal program like MomCORE but want to start reconnecting to their body.
Equipment Needed?
Minimal equipment A chair for support and pillow/inflated ball to squeeze Band for back strengthening and getting out of "feeding/holding" posture
How do I use these videos?
How ever you see fit! You'll have access to a lying down video, seated, and standing video, with more to come. But you can utilize the lying down video 2-3 times per week until you feel ready to add in the seated or standing video. These are extremely gentle and are intended to help you start reconnecting to your body in prep for MomCORE.
