Thank you! Your 10 minute full body work outs are my favorite! I work full time as a school nurse and then come home and take care of my own kids. My only “me time” during the week is at 10 pm and I am too exhausted to do a 20 or 30 minute work out. But 10 minutes is the perfect way to end my day!

I just love this one! It’s amazing at how much more loose and relaxed I feel! Is there a group of videos that works on increasing flexibility? While doing these poses, I feel so limited .. my my body is just so not flexible I guess!
