There is daily activity each day for all 12 weeks of this program a unique mix of muscle gain-focused (Upper, Lower & Core) and full-body fat loss-focused. Each training day lasts approximately 40 minutes with the active rest days and de-load training days lasting around 20 minutes. The workouts get harder as the program progresses to prevent plateaus and keep your body moving in the right direction. There is also a mid-program review for built-in progress tracking. Frequently asked questions

Can I combine this with other workouts?
No. Any more training on top of this will likely lead to overtraining and increased risk of injury.. Please be sure to do mostly daily walking and recovery work for best results.
Do I need all of the equipment listed and what do I need?
Yes. This is an advanced program that requires a premium at-home gym setup. RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: -Slant Boards -Adjustable Aerobics Step or Plyo Box -Dumbbells -Resistance Bands -Fitness Sliders -Pullup Bar and/or TRX Suspension Trainer -Dip/Row Bars or Lebert Equalizers
