About Jeremy Park

Online personal trainer

My name is Jeremy Park and I love staying active and moving my body. My main goal is to sculpt and build a an aesthetic physique while also performing at the highest level in strength, speed, and endurance. I also surf, ski, and skateboard so utilizing my training within the gym allows me to also perform in my extra activities.

Frequently asked questions

What are the goals of the program?
The goals of this program is to keep the body active while some of us may not have access to a gym. I want to show you all the different ways I like to pump the body without any equipment.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Because it is a 7 day program we are essentially taking no rest days. If you need to you can do a day on and a day off making this a 2 week split. But I would recommend to build the endurance and strength to workout everyday.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts will be for in between beginner and intermediate. But they are challenging for anyone no matter the skill level you are. The bodyweight movements are fun.
