Yoooo welcome to the La Casa Shredz Challenge! This is a 4 week program to get your body lean, toned, and shredded for the summer. How To Run This Program? We will be working in a 2 week split repeats. So the 14 days of workouts ran through all at once then repeated once more to beat our times and get better!
