Yooo these workouts will be my daily workouts that I am currently doing in Bali. They will consist of boxing, HIIT, bodybuilding, and speed training. So if you want a challenge, try to complete these workouts. My goal is to build dense muscle while also staying athletic and nimble for all my leisure activities.
