Yooo these workouts will be my daily workouts that I am currently doing in Bali. They will consist of boxing, HIIT, bodybuilding, and speed training. So if you want a challenge, try to complete these workouts. My goal is to build dense muscle while also staying athletic and nimble for all my leisure activities. My main goal is to sculpt and build a an aesthetic physique while also performing at the highest level in strength, speed, and endurance. Does the workouts require any equipment?
Yes the gym for most of them unless it’s an at home workout then it will only be bodyweight.
