Winter Into Strength is a 6-week intermediate program designed to help you build total body strength, improve core stability and move with confidence through the winter months. You'll go through 3 full body strength workouts each week along with 2 deep core sessions to improve balance and longevity. Expect progressive strength work, intentional movement and workouts that challenge you without burning you out.

How much is it?
First 7 days is FREE! Monthly membership is $19.99 after your 7 day free trial. Annual membership is $169.00.
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
If you're a beginner I would suggest trying out Beginner's Blueprint! My 8 week strength training program in my app!
What do I need for equipment?
I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15lbs+).
