About the program

Skill Level: ALL LEVELS! Weekly Split: 3 full body workouts a week Length: 35-40 minutes Workout Style: Functional Strength Training More Details: -You'll follow the same three workouts for 6 weeks. I will be adjusting rep ranges every 3 weeks to make sure you keep progressing! Equipment: 3 sets of dumbbells -light: 2-5lbs -moderate: 8-12lbs -heavy: AT LEAST 15-20lbs+ -Chair or bench (chair is honestly fine)! Who Is This For: -If you are someone who wants to build muscle and feel strong for real life! What Happens After The 6 Weeks? This is an ongoing progressive strength training program in my app, so once this 6 week program is over, another 6 week phase will be ready for you!

    How much is it?
    You can access it in my subscription for $19.99 a month or $169.00 for the year. You will also get access to 7 other workout programs and over 100 grab & go workouts.
    I’m a beginner, is this for me?
    If you're beginner and you're up for a challenge, this program will be great for you! This program is more on the intermediate side. If you want a true beginner program, checkout out Beginner Strength or Beginner's Blueprint
    What do I need for equipment?
    I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15lbs+).
    What happens after I complete it?
    This is an ongoing progressive strength training program in my app, so once you complete this 6 week program, another 6 week phase will be ready for you to keep progressing.
