Hi, I’m Jen and I’m on a mission to help you and your parents build muscle and move better, so you both can feel stronger and more confident doing the things you love for years to come. My approach is simple: no complicated exercises, no long or intimidating workouts-just a proven system that fits into your life and helps you build confidence and move with purpose. My approach is centered around strength training because muscle is the key to longevity. Inside the app, you’ll get access to easy to follow but effective workouts (with modifications for every level). Strength Training has changed my life and I can’t wait for it to change yours as well!

How much is it?
Monthly membership is $19.99. Annual membership is $169.00.
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
YES! I have a beginner workout program called Beginner's Blueprint and I also have various beginner grab and go workouts.
What do I need for equipment?
For most of the workouts you only need dumbbells! I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15lbs+). Some workouts do incorporate resistance bands.
