I've created an entire knee friendly section on my app that is filled with knee friendly workouts to help you build strength in your glutes, quads, hamstrings and core! How much is it?
Monthly membership is $19.99. Annual membership is $169.00.
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
YES!
What do I need for equipment?
For most of the workouts you only need dumbbells! I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15lbs+). Some workouts do incorporate resistance bands.
