Welcome to Intermediate Strength! This program is for you if you have some experience with strength training and are ready to unlock new levels of strength, performance and confidence. In this 4 week program, you''ll be introduced to 3 full body strength workouts that incorporate a balanced mix of compound movements, accessory movements and deep core work. -3 full body workouts (dumbbells only) -Deep core exercises in each workout -40 minute workouts -Can be done at home or in the gym -Video demos for every exercise -An app to track your reps + weight If you are new to strength training, I suggest you try out my 4 Week Beginner Bodyweight or Beginner Strength program first, and then progress to Intermediate Strength! Once you complete Intermediate Strength, you can do it again with heavier weights or you can join 'Evolve' in my subscription! I hope you enjoy this program as much as I do! xoxo Jen

    Hi, I’m Jen and I’m on a mission to help you and your parents build muscle and move better, so you both can feel stronger and more confident doing the things you love for years to come. My approach is simple: no complicated exercises, no long or intimidating workouts-just a proven system that fits into your life and helps you build confidence and move with purpose. My approach is centered around strength training because muscle is the key to longevity.     Frequently asked questions

    I'm new to strength training, is this program for me?
    This program is for those who feel somewhat confident with strength training. This program isn't extremely advanced but is challenging. If you are brand new to strength training, I would recommend starting my 4 week program Beginner Strength, and then move into Intermediate Strength.
    What equipment do I need?
    Only dumbbells! I recommend 2-3 sets of dumbbells for each workout. It is good to have options!
    How is this program different from other strength programs?
    As a Personal Trainer, I take a super functional approach to movement. I keep workouts simple and to the point. Let me show you that the basics work!
    What happens when I'm done with this program?
    You can take it again and use heavier dumbbells, or join 'Evolve' in my subscription!
