Who Is This Program For: This program is designed for beginners to intermediate lifters who want structure, guidance and a plan that actually fits into real life. Whether you're brand new to strength training or coming back after a break, this program will meet you where you are. Here's what you get ✅ 5 35-minute strength workouts a week ✅ 2 lower body workouts ✅ 2 upper body workouts ✅ 1 full body workout ✅ 3 20-minute walks If 5 strength workouts feels overwhelming, I encourage you to start with 3 (1 lower, 1 upper, 1 full body). This program focuses on progressive overload, therefor I will be adjusting reps/sets every 2 weeks! Progressive overload is the fastest way to build muscle! Frequently asked questions

I’m a beginner, is this for me?
This program will be a good fit even if you are a beginner! As a Personal Trainer, I always keep my program simply and effective. I do offer modifications for some exercises as well. Workouts will challenge you but not leave you feeling defeated.
I'm not new to strength training, is this for me?
Yes! The exercises in this program are ones everyone should be doing regardless of your level! If something feels too easy, you need to lift heavier!
Do I have to complete all 5 workouts every week?
If 5 workouts a week feels overwhelming, do 2 or 3! Anything is better than nothing. If you are doing 3 workouts a week do 1 lower, 1 upper, 1 full body!
