    Hi, I’m Jen and I’m on a mission to help you and your parents build muscle and move better, so you both can feel stronger and more confident doing the things you love for years to come. My approach is simple: no complicated exercises, no long or intimidating workouts-just a proven system that fits into your life and helps you build confidence and move with purpose. My approach is centered around strength training because muscle is the key to longevity. Inside the app, you’ll get access to easy to follow but effective workouts (with modifications for every level).     How much is it?
    You can access this program plus 4 other programs and over 70 grab + go workouts in my app for $19.99 a month. Annual membership is $169.00.
    I'm a beginner, is this program for me?
    I would recommend going through my 8 week program Beginner's Blueprint before going through this program if you are brand new to strength training. This program is for intermediates!
    What do I need for equipment?
    Dumbbells and a chair! You can use a bench if you have a bench! For most of the workouts you only need dumbbells! I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15lbs+).
