I'm not a beginner, is this still for me?
This program is designed for beginners but truly is great for everyone of all ages. If an exercise feels too easy, just lift heavier!
What do I need for equipment?
3 sets of dumbbells! Light set, moderate set, heavy set! Light: 2-5lbs, moderate: 8-12lbs, heavy: 15lbs+
