Workouts and programs are designed for beginners and you’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively. The reps and sets are a guide, so if you ever need to take some reps off to allow for more comfort in getting started, please feel free to do so! A lot of these exercises can also be done body-weighted!
Do I need to purchase equipment? Yes! A few sets of dumbbells would be ideal!
