Let me guess...you have heard all about the benefits of strength training, but don't know where to start? This 4 week beginner program will help you build muscle, improve balance, and finally get confident and consistent with strength training. You will get access to 3 full body workouts and 1 yoga based warm up + cool down . All workouts can be done at home using dumbbells. I look forward to simplifying strength training for you!

Calling all women who are ready to BUILD MUSCLE!

Welcome to Beginner Strength! In this 4 week program, you'll be introduced to 3 full body strength workouts. You will follow the same 3 workouts for 4 weeks. The exercises included in this program are basic but effective. You will be provided with a warm up and cool down as well. Deep core exercises included at the end of each workout. My mission is to help you feel empowered during these workouts, not defeated. Once Beginner Strength is completed, you can join Intermediate Strength (another 4 week program)! If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, it’s understandable to be skeptical. But with the right guidance, support, and fresh content, you can achieve the results you want. Instead of static programs or PDFs with no assistance, this platform offers dynamic, interactive workouts. New programs and instructional videos are added regularly to keep you motivated and engaged. Plus, if you ever need help, you can reach out directly for questions, feedback, or to share your progress!
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this 4 week program will help you succeed. Workouts and programs are designed for beginners and you’ll be provided with easy-to-follow videos and clear instructions, ensuring you can perform each exercise safely and effectively. The reps and sets are a guide, so if you ever need to take some reps off to allow for more comfort in getting started, please feel free to do so! A lot of these exercises can also be done body-weighted!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Yes! A few sets of dumbbells would be ideal!
What makes Jen different from other trainers?
Jen focuses on a muscle building approach that will help you feel stronger, confident and more independent outside the gym. You won't see any burpees here! Workouts are designed to help you feel empowered, not defeated.
