    Your core impacts everything and truly is your foundation! We will be using a pilates ball and dumbbells to really strengthen your DEEP core! This beginner core program includes three 15-minute workouts each week to help you build strength, support your back and improve your balance-without the overwhelm. Here's what to expect: ✅ 3 15-minute core workouts a week ✅ AMRAP Circuit (30 seconds on, 15 seconds off) ✅ Progressive overload focus (new and more challenging exercises in weeks 3 & 4). Easily add these workouts into your weekly routine!
