Hi, I’m Jen and I’m on a mission to help you and your parents build muscle and move better, so you both can feel stronger and more confident doing the things you love for years to come. My approach is simple: no complicated exercises, no long or intimidating workouts-just a proven system that fits into your life and helps you build confidence and move with purpose. My approach is centered around strength training because muscle is the key to longevity. Inside the app, you’ll get access to easy to follow but effective workouts (with modifications for every level). With your 7 day free trial, monthly subscription or annual subscription, you will get access to 7 workout programs and over 100 grab & go workouts you can do from home!
How much is it access the workouts?
You can grab a 7 day free trial! Monthly membership is $19.99. Annual membership is $169.00.
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
YES!
What do I need for equipment?
For most of the workouts you only need dumbbells! I recommend having 3 sets. One light set (2-5lbs) , one moderate set (8-12lbs) and one heavy set (15lbs+). Some workouts do incorporate resistance bands.
