Founder of Trainers in Transit, a NYC & LA based fitness company providing in-home personal training, outdoor classes and online nutrition coaching. Be aware of any limitations you may have (injuries, surgeries, etc) and modify accordingly. Don’t hesitate to reach out to me with questions!
How to schedule the program into a week?
You can do the program in any order you’d like (although I suggest following the prescribed plan) and you can do it every other day, everyday or stretch it out.
