- builds muscle & definition 
- builds strength & endurance 
- tighten your midsection
- show your abs to the world

- push up position 
- tight abs 
- left tap + right tap = 1 total rep

Warm up: shoulder taps

- Each step is a rep, twist with each lunge
- twist both ways

Warm up: lunge with a twist

Begin by taking a shoulder-width grip on a overhead bar (or you can use hanging sleeves, wrist straps or extended arms on a dip station) and hang with arms and legs fully extended keep your body from swinging as you lift your knees toward your chest. Keep toes pointed downwards the entire time.

Hanging knee-tuck

- elevate heels 
- think “slow motion” 
- really use your abs to raise your upper body into crunch position 
- don’t hold your neck or back of head

Feet-elevated crunch

- lay on bench 
- be sure to bring hips all the way through 
- raise your head to activate upper abdomen

Lying leg raise

- tight core 
- tight elbows 
- extend arms out and back in = 1 complete rep

Stability ball roll outs

- the reps listed are per side 
- keep upper body square 
- turn hips, straighten your legs and raise them

Captains chair oblique raise

- your rep is complete when your back is perfectly straight 
- don’t go beyond this range of motion and bend backwards

Hyper extensions

- reps listed are per side 
- slam hard 
- use upper body and abs to slam 
- slam ball on the outside of the leg that’s forward
