- there’s tons of reps in here
- sets to failure 
- good form is a must 
- challenge yourself 
- carve out your midsection

- Start kneeling with wheel in front of you, directly under shoulders
- Engage your core and roll wheel forward 
- Keep your back straight throughout movement
- Roll wheel back in towards your knees
- keep feet off the ground

*Ab roll out

- left + right = 1 rep
- keep core engaged the entire time 
- don’t pull on the back of your head / neck

*Abdominal bicycle

- Seated on a bench with elbows bent behind you
- Tuck your knees to your chest then back to full extension 
- Keeping your legs straight, lift them up , bringing your chest forward 
- Lower your legs and chest back down

*Bench V-sit bent knee to straight leg

- Hand band from high bar, grip band behind your head
- Roll your ribs towards your hips engaging your abs
- Bring your elbows towards your knees
- Slowly return back to starting position
