The Functional PUMP is a 12-week full body program consisting of the most effective 3 day with a bonus 4th day training split out there to gain functional strength, build muscle, improve athleticism all while burning body fat and getting lean.
I designed this program specifically for those that are living very busy lives, can't workout everyday and don't have hours to spend in the gym yet want to see amazing results.
Each workout is quick and effective at right around 45 minutes per workout with bonus extra credit work for those that have up to 60 minutes to workout.
The program uses mostly kettlebells, some dumbbells, some barbells towards the end of the program, dip bars, pull up bar, workout bench, a jump rope and some resistance bands for warm up exercises.
Inside the program you also get access to my simple yet sustainable step by step approach to nutrition and supplementation to see sustainable results for years to come.
The program is highly flexible in terms of overall program structure and the equipment being used. Inside the program I break down in detail how to modify the program structure to fit your specific schedule.
You can also very easily substitute the equipment inside the program. You can swap kettlebells for dumbbells, dumbbells for kettlebells and or use barbells where ever you see fit in the program.
