If you're here, you've definitely have earned it. You went through Rebuild and got your foundation back. You went through Build and got noticeably stronger. This is Phase 3 — our most advanced phase yet — and it's where strength and muscle meet performance.
This phase picks up right where Build left off, built on all and the work you put in to get here.
Here's what the next 8 weeks are about. We're taking everything you've built and turning it into real athletic output. Heavy, explosive strength work. Athletic complexes. Speed, power, and high-output conditioning.
The goal isn't just to be strong — it's to be capable. To move explosively, sustain intensity, and perform like an athlete no matter what year you were born..
This is demanding work. It's also the kind of training that reminds you exactly what your body is capable of when you stop neglecting your performance and you really start to build a body that performs as good as it looks.
