If you're here, you've already put in the work in Rebuild —you've got your foundation back, you're moving well, and you're really starting to see those strength gains. This is Phase 2. Now we take that and really build on it.
Here's what the next 8 weeks are about. We're stepping things up to a more intermediate level — more designated strength, hypertrophy, and explosive training. Heavier loading, more volume, building right off everything you put in during Rebuild. This is where your physique and your strength really start to take off.
This phase picks up exactly where Rebuild left off — so you're stacking on the base you already built, moving up the path one smart step at a time.

Do the work for 8 weeks and you'll come out the other side noticeably stronger, more built, moving way better then before and ready for what's next — Performance.
