What's up guys, jay here and Welcome to Rebuild.
If you're here, you're probably coming back from something. An injury. A layoff. Or maybe you never stopped, but years of hard training left you stiff, beat up, not moving like you used to. Wherever you're coming from — this is the right place to start.
Here's what the next 8 weeks are about. We're getting your foundation back. Restoring how you move, rebuilding your body and bringing your training capacity back to where it should be without putting excessive stress on your joints.
Now, this isn't a total beginner's program. We do start off with lower volume to really rebuild the foundation but then we start to ramp things up as the program progresses.
That's the whole point. I want you building from the ground up, not jumping into things trying to crush yourself every week.
This is about moving well and feeling good.
While the volume is on the lower side, I still want you pushing with some good intensity. Don't mistake lower volume for taking it easy. If you’re coming back from injury I encourage you to always air on the side of caution depending on what your limitations are so you don’t get re injured.
You will train full body, with control, building a base your body can actually handle before we start really loading it up.
