The step by step plan that builds a strong and chiseled physique just using your bodyweight!

This is an intermediate to advanced program and is the next progression from the original bodyweight beast program.

However, I just want to be clear that you do not need to do the first program to get after this one.

The main focus of this program is on building bodyweight strength and control, building muscle, improving mobility all while shredding body fat and getting lean.

While this is strictly a bodyweight program, you will need some equipment.

-Pull up bar 
-Dip bars 
-Rings or a TRX suspension trainer
-A bench or plyometric box
-Sliders for hamstring exercises
-The handles of dumbbells or kettlebells for squats
-A jump rope 
-Some resistance bands for warm ups and If you need to modify certain exercises.

If you need to modify or need any exercise alternatives always make sure to look at the exercise descriptions just below the step by step breakdown on how to perform the exercise with proper technique.

This is a full body program.

There are 6 workouts per week with each workout bring 45-60 minutes long.

Do your best to get all of the workouts in but please know that you do not have to do all 6 workouts every week to see great results. 

I would aim for at least 3-4 workouts each week to still see great results.
