About the program

This is for women who are where I was: •mom postpartum with baby no. 4 •running a business and homeschooling •hormones, digestion, body feeling out of wack •elevated cortisol, lack of sleep, doing a bit too much 😆 I hit a point where I realized pushing it hard in every workout was not serving me, so I switched it up: ☑️ Took things off my plate and got rested 😴 ☑️ Strength Training as the focus, and walk / run as feel good cardio ☑️ Protein @ all meals surrounded by nutrient dense fruits and veggies (w sourdough and dairy 🥛 🤤) ☑️ Dropped 30 lbs while feeling strong and energized 🔥

    After my 4th child, I struggled with hormone imbalances and to loose the “baby weight” I didn’t have the energy to take on extreme measures of long HIIT classes, food restriction and fasting, so I began a journey to find the most sustainable way to be consistent and get strong while being a present, energized Wife and Mom. I’m now 30 pounds down, have a healthy relationship with food, feel rested and energized, and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. I’m now here to help you do it too!

    What are the goals of this program?
    * Increase overall lean muscle mass * Get lean and burn fat * Build core strength * Improve posture * Improve mental clarity and focus
    Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
    * The workouts are designed for all levels * Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form * Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
    What’s the schedule?
    * Weight training 3 times per week * 2-3 days of active rest: When you rest from lifting, you should still remain active. Dance, play sports, go for a hike or a long walk * 1-2 full rest days
    How will I get the best results?
    * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover * Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
    How can I ask you questions?
