Welcome to the Calisthenics Women App. This app is designed to push your limits, increase your bar confidence, and keep you accountable to your calisthenics goals. All you need is your body and a bar. I’m honoured to provide you with these bodyweight workouts and bar drills designed to help you improve your upper-body strength, body awareness, and muscle memory. My name is Janie Stel and I am a Calisthenics Athlete and Coach. We aim to help women of all fitness backgrounds achieve their calisthenics goals whether that be learning a new skill, building upper body strength, or training for a calisthenics competition. On this app you can expect bodyweight workouts to help build strength, drill structured workouts to help improve skills, and tutorials to help learn new skills whether that be statics or dynamics.
