All you need is your body and a bar. I’m honoured to provide you with these bodyweight workouts and bar drills designed to help you improve your upper-body strength, body awareness, and muscle memory. My name is Janie Stel and I am a Calisthenics Athlete and Coach. We aim to help women of all fitness backgrounds achieve their calisthenics goals whether that be learning a new skill, building upper body strength, or training for a calisthenics competition.
