Hey guys! Welcome. I’m Janet and I am super excited to share my app with you. I’m a bodybuilder so I like to focus my training on gym workouts that build lean muscle and burn fat. Fitness has been a major part of my life for over 8 years now. Just an fyi, I actually began my fitness journey on my path to healing. I was severely depressed for over 4 years, which led me into a very unhealthy lifestyle. I’ve been competing in bikini competitions since 2018 and helped hundreds of women just like you to get achievable, sustainable results. I am here to coach you along every step of this process. Whether you're starting out at the gym or trying to take your fitness to the next level. When you first opened my app, you may have been slightly overwhelmed and not sure how it works or where to start. Don't worry! I'm going to tell you everything you need to know in this "Start Here" section. I will give you a little overview of how the app works as well as what's offered.

Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
