Hey guys! Welcome.

I’m Janet and I am super excited to share my app with you. I’m a bodybuilder so I like to focus my training on gym workouts that build lean muscle and burn fat. Fitness has been a major part of my life for over 8 years now.  Just an fyi, I actually began my fitness journey on my path to healing.  I was severely depressed for over 4 years, which led me into a very unhealthy lifestyle.  

I’ve been competing in bikini competitions since 2018 and helped hundreds of women just like you to get achievable, sustainable results.  

I am here to coach you along every step of this process. Whether you're starting out at the gym or trying to take your fitness to the next level.
