Increase overall lean muscle mass Get lean and burn fat Build core strength Improve posture Improve mental clarity and focus
What do I need to participate?
All you need is some dumbbells and a positive attitude and dedication to the program If you have multiple sets of dumbbells, even better to be able to challenge yourself. Plus, your lower body can withstand more weight than upper body
What’s the schedule?
Training 4 times per week 1 leg day 1 upper body 1 full body 1 follow along Abs and cardio workout All workouts have a combination of strength training and HIIT When you rest from training, you can always use your rest days to do some extra cardio if you’d like or get some steps in. This will help you a bit more if your goal is weight loss
How will I get the best results?
NUTRITION is THE most important factor when it comers to your goals. • Get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) • Also check out the videos on macros 101 to get detailed info on how to track your macros and calculate your calories based on your individual need. • Get meal ideas on the recipe’s tab • Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) • Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily • Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover

Working with Janet has been the absolute best. From being able to answer all my (sometimes annoying) questions. The lessons. And her being very attentive to the detail and being on my ass when i needed it. Honestly truly trust the process as hard as it was in the beginning but if you just do what she has planned out for you and ACTUALLY eat your macros. You’ll definitely see the results! I’ve done her BB programs but doing a more personal program with her doing the check ins and adjusting and setting my macros i was able to see some real freaking results and now those habits are sticking with me to apply as i continue my fitness journey.
