How to do a body recomposition. A body recomp is the process of building muscle & losing fat simultaneously. Body Weight and body fat are often used interchangeably but it’s not the same. You can weigh the same and lose inches off your entire body with the presence of muscle in your body. Which is why I highly recommend strength training and also why the scale is a liar. Which is essentially what “toning” means. Except there’s no such thing as your muscle actually toning. Muscle does two things; it grows and it shrinks. People that are new or relatively new to training benefit the most from this.
