Hello everyone! My name is Jake Parenteau. I am an ex professional hockey player turned into a 32 year old barefoot trail runner! I am extremely passionate about nutrition, mobility, balance, strength and mental health. Over the past three years I have completely changed my body from hurting every morning when I woke up to feeling completely bulletproof from my feet to my shoulders! My philosophy is everything starts from the ground up, starting with your toes and working all the way up the body. What I offer is truly different from your typical day at the gym! I will teach you how to strengthen, rehab and bulletproof your body through balance and mobility. My passion is to help everyone gain the strength, stability and confidence to do what makes them happy. Whether you are a professional athlete looking to compete at the highest level or a weekend warrior looking to push your limitations and be the best version of yourself. Utilizing my balance beam and mobility routines consistently will help you get there!
