I’m Jake Parenteau — coach, dad, friend and former pro hockey player — now on a mission to help others show up with confidence, authenticity, and emotional awareness in every moment of life.
As someone who lived in fight-or-flight mode for most of my journey, I’ve learned how to regulate my nervous system, connect with my breath, and find clarity in chaos. Now I pass those same tools on to athletes, dads, retired players, and teams — so they can level up in their performance and personal life without losing who they are.
Through playbooks, movement, mindset work, breathwork, and simple systems, I help people build real-life toolboxes that make them feel grounded, resilient, and powerful — even in high-pressure moments.
Whether it’s a hockey player preparing for their next game, a dad trying to be more present, or a team looking to build deeper trust and stronger performance — my work is about bridging the mind and body so that every individual can feel good in their own skin, know their worth, and lead with love, respect, and curiosity.
To my son, I’m just “Coach Dad.”
To my wife, I’m someone who helps others uncover their limiting beliefs and become the best version of themselves.
To me — I’m simply a guy who cares deeply about authentic growth, community, and helping others come home to themselves.
Let’s build your playbook. Let’s level up — from the inside out.
