Bent over dumbbell rows

Speed skaters

- Lying on the floor with knees bent 
- Lower weights to your chest 
- Press dumbbells back up over your chest

Dumbbell floor chest press

Circuit 1

- From a seated position with knees bent and feet off the floor
- Keep your back straight and lean back to 45 degrees 
- Clasp hands together in front of your core
- Twist your torso from side to side

Russian twists

Hold dumbbells by your side 
Squat down
At the top push the dumbbells above your head

DB Squat to Press

Circuit 2

- Place your hands on the front edge of the bench just outside hips
- Move forward off the bench with arms extended and shoulders down 
- Bend at the elbows to lower your body
- Elbows should bend straight back 
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps back to starting position

Bench dips

- Holding dumbbells at your sides
- Step forward keeping your chest up and shoulders rolled back
- Bring your back knee down until both legs reach 90 degrees
- Step back to the initial position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side
