Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! There are tons of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like a pull-up bar or resistance bands) and some that require rings or parallettes. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
What makes this program different?
Most calisthenics programs are made extremely complicated or don't help you build muscle.
This program is made to be simple and help you build the body that you want!
How Long Before I See Results?
This part is entirely up to you. I've seen some start getting results in as little as two weeks while others took a couple months. What I can say, is that if you follow the program consistently, you'll see results faster than ever.
What if I like lifting weights too?
Consider this program more of guideline instead of must-follow rules. If you want to mix in weights into your routine that's awesome.
You can still use the methods outlined in the programs to push your further when you do your body weight training.
I'm a hard-gainer. Will this work for me?
The program will show you exactly what is needed in order to build muscle and will help if you're a hard gainer because I was one myself.
I'm overweight. Is this right for me?
It's perfect for you!
Body Weight training has the least amount of impact on your joints and will help you shed fat.
Don't expect to being power moves right off the bat though. Take your time and you'll be fine!
