Hey, my name is Jaden Fisher and I am former NCAA Division 1 wrestler and pro calisthenics athlete. I started training calisthenics when I was 12 years old when I first saw the “Bar Brothers” on YouTube. I was amazed by the amount of total body control they had doing human flag, handstands, and muscle ups and I knew that’s what I wanted to do. I used calisthenics to help prepare me for collegiate wrestling and in college I spent numerous hours studying nutrition to enhance my performance, fat loss, and muscle growth. Since then, I’ve learned a lot and made a lot of mistakes along the way, but now I feel confident enough to create my own calisthenics training methods to build a lean physique and master your bodyweight. I want to share everything I’ve learned with you guys so you can you can also achieve your goals.
