I’m the the current Ms. Fitness International , Ms. Fitness International UK, Ms. Fitness Olympia Runner-up & currently ranked 1st in the world in fitness. I have a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona & subsequently earned my certifications from NASM as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, & Corrective Exercise Specialist. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
