    About Jaclyn Baker

    Online personal trainer

    I am a professional dancer turned professional bodybuilder. I’m the the current Ms. Fitness International , Ms. Fitness International UK, Ms. Fitness Olympia Runner-up & currently ranked 1st in the world in fitness. I have a BFA in Dance from the University of Arizona & subsequently earned my certifications from NASM as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, & Corrective Exercise Specialist. It is my passion to help women become stronger, healthier and happier! I believe muscle is your 401k of your body.
