About the program

These follow-along workouts, led by Coach Jackie, are perfect for individuals who are just coming back to exercise, new to exercise, or in need of added motivation and form cues. Jackie ensures you get the most out of every session by going all out with you in your workout. These workouts will challenge your strength and endurance, improve your mobility and core stability, and leave you feeling strong and energized.
