My name is Jack Santini! Growing up I was extremely active and played sports throughout my early life. During my sophomore year of high school I was diagnosed with crohn’s disease. I lost 50lbs and weight 113lbs standing at 5’2(extremely skinny). After being cut from my high school sports teams I found a passion for the gym and dieting properly. By my senior year of high school I was awarded all-league for my baseball team and lead the team to a league championship. Going into college I created my fitness page on instagram: @jackedsantini built relationships with other people in the fitness industry and landed a youngla sponsorship. My story has helped fuel my passion for health + fitness and I continue to create content for the millions of people out there struggling with there own personal setbacks. My overall goal for you guys is to enhance your muscle/strength through my own personalized workout plans I have created from learning about fitness over the past 3 years. Training Requirements

Most of my workouts will require a gym. So I do recommend having a gym membership. If you have a home gym I would recommend owning: Squat rack, bench, dumbbells, bands, and a stationary bike
