My name is Izzi von Kohler. I am a vegan, magical personal trainer.
After moving to London π¬π§ as a teen and spending years in the retail industry, i finally found my passion for fitness! I completely changed my body from skinny and weak to strong and curvy and started to inspire others along my journey! π
I went on to certify as a personal trainer and have trained clients in some of Londonβs top gyms and trained clients in Los Angeles π΄ over the last 4 years.
During lockdown i created a workout club called Fit as a Unicorn π¦ on instagram with my two pugs Fronk + Ody πΎ I started teaching daily follow along workouts that could be done with minimal equipment at home.
