Welcome to my 4 week home program!
The beauty of this program is you can do at home or while you're away with minimal equipment. It can still be done at the gym but you don't need access to any machines.
All you need is 2 dumbbells and a mat.
Join me as I take you through a 5 day week of full body, lower, upper and tabata workouts.
My workouts are designed to help you improve your muscle strength, build a stronger core and up your fitness levels.
You will also learn to get comfortable with moving your body in all planes of motion and gain confidence in the movements as the weeks progress.
If you would like to use this programe to lose additional weight then adding on 30 mins of cardio after or before each workout will help.
Each workout lasts approximately 45-50 minutes (apart from our 20 minute tabata vibes workout on day 4)
This program can be repeated for a second month!

My name is Izzi von Kohler. I am a vegan, magical personal trainer.
After moving to London π¬π§ as a teen and spending years in the retail industry, i finally found my passion for fitness! I completely changed my body from skinny and weak to strong and curvy and started to inspire others along my journey! π
