What’s the schedule?
5 Follow along core workouts (aprox 12-17 mins long) Mon: Full core Tues: Weighted abs Weds: All plank Thurs: Obliques Fri: Full core Sat + Sun: Can be an active rest days (yoga, walking, swimming) or you can repeat your favourite workout from the week!
What do I need to participate?
I’ve made this program really easy to follow - you’ll be able to do the whole 20 workouts at home or even a gym. All you’ll need is a good non slip mat and a set of light dumbbells (i recommend no more then 5kg/11lbs) for our weighed Tuesday workout.
What are the photo requirements for the before and after photos and where do i send them?
Hi! Please take a front + side photo at the start and end of the challenge and follow these tips: All photos must be taken in front of a plain white wall with good lighting, and NO visible distractions in the photo (no pictures, paintings, curtains, visible distractions)
 Where possible wear the same outfit in your before & after pictures.

Photos can be taken from the waist up but with showing the front and side of your body. You don’t have to show your face if you don’t feel comfortable. Photos should be uploaded onto the app or sent to me by email [email protected] or instagram @princessoftheunicorns Please submit both sets of images by March 17th **I will not publish your images without your agreement**
What happens if miss a workout?
You can catch it up on one of the two days there isn’t a workout or you could do one in the morning and one in the evening The workouts are saved for you to do at your convenience!
What are the goals of this program?
Build core strength Improve posture Improve your form on planks and hollow holds Sculpt your abs
