Welcome to our first challenge on the app ~ ✨Stronger core✨ 20 workouts to take you through a month! 5 workouts a week which are follow along (we will do them together!) They’re all between 12-18 min long workouts specifically designed to give you a stronger core and abs. Building a stronger core will help you have better posture, it’ll also give you strength in your other workouts and take any pressure off your back. As we get older a strong core really will help us if we ever get into any falls later on in life! To complete the workouts you’ll need a mat and 1 dumbbell (less then 5kg!) These workouts can be done along side any of the workouts of the week or a program. You can complete those workouts at home, on vacation or at the gym if you have space. They’re beginner friendly if you don’t see an adaption on any of the exercises just let me know and i can give you an alternative. I have broken down the workouts day by day: Monday: Full core Tuesday: Weighted core Wednesday: All plank Thursday: Obliques Friday: Full core Each workout has 4 exercises with either a minute long for us to perform the movements or a little less or more as we develop our planks + hollow holds. This challenge runs for 4 weeks and i’ll be giving away the following prizes at the end to one winner! Vegan🌱personal trainer + matcha lover 🍵

My name is Izzi von Kohler. I am a vegan, magical personal trainer. After moving to London 🇬🇧 as a teen and spending years in the retail industry, i finally found my passion for fitness! I completely changed my body from skinny and weak to strong and curvy and started to inspire others along my journey! 😍 I went on to certify as a personal trainer and have trained clients in some of London’s top gyms and trained clients in Los Angeles 🌴 over the last 4 years. During lockdown i created a workout club called Fit as a Unicorn 🦄 on instagram with my two pugs Fronk + Ody 🐾 I started teaching daily follow along workouts that could be done with minimal equipment at home. As the club has evolved it’s now time to make my workouts more accessible and share them with more of you across the world! 🌎 On my app you’ll find all my exclusive home and gym workouts, with follow along workouts and programs. I upload weekly workouts and monthly recipes.
