About the program

Summer Body at Home is a program aimed at all women who want to lose a little bit of weight before summer and sculpt all the "problematic" areas of their body. The program focuses in particular on slimming and sculpting the legs, flattening and strengthening the abdomen, firming and lifting the buttocks. All you need to feel comfortable in your bikini this coming season! You don't need any equipment except a yoga mat and the usual equipment that is in every home, such as a chair or sofa. This program is based on the circuits of exercises. A circuit is a set of exercises that you perform one by one without breaks or with short breaks only. After you complete a circuit of exercises you take a rest. Then you perform the same circuit until you finish all the given rounds or until time is up (no longer than 30 minutes for the whole workout). Level of advancement: beginner to intermediate. Symbols: W - week D - day So for example: W1/D1 stands for week one, day one. Workouts length: 30 minutes. Workout schedule: - 5days/week - workouts - 2 days/week - rest You can schedule workouts however you want according to which days of the week is most suitable for you to exercise.

    Hi there! My name's Izabela and I'm a personal trainer from Kraków, Poland. I designed my app to suit specifically female needs.
