About the challege

This challenge is designed to sculpt and firm the body parts important to every woman: the bust, abdomen and buttocks. That's why it's called Curves Challenge! For 28 days, you will do light and short workouts every day that will make your body look more like an hourglass. The program focuses on these three parts of the body, but also does not neglect the back and shoulders. The difficulty of the challenge increases gradually with each passing day to help you get fit and learn new exercises. Exercise every day for 4 weeks to enjoy a slimmer and firmer body and better physical condition after just a month.

    Hi there! My name's Izabela and I'm a personal trainer from Kraków, Poland. I designed my app to suit specifically female needs. It'll be especially beneficial for all the women who want to get in shape at home. With my app, you can maintain your fitness routine without having to go to the gym, and you don't have to worry about equipment. A little about me: I'm a certified personal trainer from Krakow, Poland. I struggled with finding a workout formula that I could do anywhere for years. I got into training and developed easy, long-term techniques to stay in shape and keep the weight off while feeling fantastic! Everyone asked me how I made this shift in my life, and I realized I needed to assist others do the same. I've been assisting folks in achieving their fitness objectives for the past 10 years as a personal trainer, Pilates, fitness and yoga instructor. I'm not only here to show you routines; I'm here to inspire you to achieve more than you did the day before.
