How to get the best outcome of the program? - Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must)
- Dedicated nutrition regime that consists only of wholesome natural ingredients
- Drink the daily recommendation of water
- Make sure to allow muscles time to recover
-Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts is highly recommended

What do I need to participate in this program? - you need a gym membership that has standard equipment
How to schedule the program into a week? You can do a single off arm session in between other muscle groups throughout the week
Make sure you give your arms a rest before hitting them again
Try to alternate muscle groups or upper and lower body to give the muscles optimal rest
