Amplify your ski, surf, or skate season training with my 6 week Board Sport Strength and Conditioning Program. Not a board sport person? No sweat! Boost your overall endurance and strength over the next 6 weeks by building up your lower body and core strength, explosive power, and overall endurance. Expect 5-6 board specific workouts a week at ~60-90 minutes a session. This program is designed to build stability that prevents the likelihood of injury so you never miss a day outside. This program is easily adjustable to fit your current exercise experience level. For example, if you're short on time and cannot finish 4 rounds of the same exercise, reel it back to 2 or 3 rounds. Some movement is better than no movement! Always listen to your body first and show up however feels best.
