My own fitness journey began about 17 years ago after gaining 60 Ibs with my first pregnancy. I lost the weight successfully, not once, but TWICE and others were inspired to start their journey too! We combined our group workouts with a bible study to learn how to honor God with our health and anchor our healthy habits to God’s truth. We officially opened our Faith and Firness center in June 2012. After baby #3, nutrition & exercise weren't enough, and my progress stalled! I was beyond frustrated...but God continued to help me share my story to help others with simple & sustainable strategies to experience lasting progress. The Foundations 6:19 training program is for the weary dieter who has tried everything to be healthier without results, and it is for the fitness enthusiast who has already learned how to incorporate exercise into their daily lifestyle. It is here that men and women of all fitness levels can find and maintain their “want to” mindset that is crucial to making lasting lifestyle changes. Through accountability and authentic relationships, our desire is to create an atmosphere where individuals can unite to help one another succeed in reaching their health & fitness goals, while developing healthy habits that honor God.
