40 DAY SUMMER CHALLENGE IS HERE!😍☀️ If you are looking to get more fit and healthy, this challenge is perfect for you! We will tone and tighten the body and define our muscles. All you need is dumbbells and a miniband. You can do this challenge anywhere where you have some space to move! 🔥 WHY IS THIS CHALLENGE SO EFFECTIVE? In this challenge we utilize many different types of workouts; some are dedicated to muscle training, some for boosting our metabolism for increased fat burn and some to enhancing our cardiovascular fitness. In other words; we combine exercises and different types of workouts from various modalities, which will increase fat burning and allows us to tone the physique very effectively. 💪 EXCITING WORKOUTS EVERY WEEK! You will get a new workout schedule every week and that’s why this challenge is so addicting and fun to do! 40 Day Summer Challenge focuses on the whole body and is carefully designed to utilize a variety of training methods and styles to really get the body in shape. Some workouts are shorter, some longer, some for muscle work and some for shredding. The challenge progresses week by week and the training volume increases during these 40 days. What do I need to participate in this challenge?
You need just dumbbells and a miniband to complete this challenge. If you have a yoga/exercise mat, that's a plus!
How to eat during the challenge?
Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the “Insights” section. You can eat anything in moderation but I recommend limiting sugar, alcohol and junk food for best results during these 40 days. Drink one big cup of water first thing in the morning. Also drink enough water throughout the day. To know more about your calories and macros, check the macro calculator from the "Insights" of the app. It is based on your age, gender, height, weight, activity and goal.
What is the goal of the challenge?
Getting more fit, healthy, energized and happy! We will tone our physiques, burn fat, boost our metabolism and develop our muscles! I want us to enjoy, have fun and get those after workout endorphins! You will see that your performance will develop during these 40 days so much!
