🔥 WHY IS THIS CHALLENGE SO EFFECTIVE?
In this challenge we utilize many different types of workouts; some are dedicated to muscle training, some for boosting our metabolism for increased fat burn and some to enhancing our cardiovascular fitness. In other words; we combine exercises and different types of workouts from various modalities, which will increase fat burning and allows us to tone the physique very effectively.

You will get a new workout schedule every week and that’s why this challenge is so addicting and fun to do! 40 Day Summer Challenge focuses on the whole body and is carefully designed to utilize a variety of training methods and styles to really get the body in shape. Some workouts are shorter, some longer, some for muscle work and some for shredding. The challenge progresses week by week and the training volume increases during these 40 days.
