I will do ALL THE WORKOUTS REAL TIME with you since you have loved them so much!!😍 This challenge can be done anywhere you have space to move. All you need is pair of dumbbells and a miniband.
This challenge has a range of dynamic workouts to tone the whole body. It is carefully planned with effective exercises and the workouts will progress week by week. You don't need to waste all your day or turn your whole life upside down to participate in this! I make our workouts short but intense. This is how the program will progress:

🌟Week 3: 30 minute real time workouts
🌟Week 4: 40 minute real time workouts

What are the rules of the challenge?
Rule nro 1: Use #trainwithida on Instagram and/or in our FB group so you participate in an amazing giveaway of free annual subscription to the app!🥳
All my team members can participate regardless of which program or workout you are doing. Share your workout pics using #trainwithida so I can see you constantly putting the work in😍💪🏼 Winners will be picked after the challenge. 2 winners will be picked from IG and 1 from our Fb group. Rule nro 2: Don’t quit before the 4 weeks are done! This is important! You are strong and you will do so great! Try to do every workout I have carefully designed for us!
How to eat during the challenge?
Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the “Insights” section. Limit sugar, alcohol and junk food for best results. You can eat anything in moderation. Drink one big cup of water first thing in the morning. Also drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to use calorie calculator, that is totally okay. You can find a free macro calculator based on your age, gender, height, weight, activity and goal from the insights.
What do I need to participate in this challenge?
Dumbbells and a miniband. An exercise mat/yoga mat is a plus.
What is the goal of the challenge?
Getting more fit, healthy, energized and happy! Kickstart the new year fresh! This is a perfect challenge to get back on track and get your motivation back!! I’m so excited to do this with you!! 😍
